Inspired by the seventies

Paisley prints have made a comeback in this season’s trends. Inspired by the era of the seventies, today’s outfit is a mix and match of ethnic and retro style of the 70’s. The seventies have been trending since Spring, and this Fall is all about bringing out the earth tones such as sand hues, gold, shades of brown, and cream. Flared pants and belle bottoms are a 70’s classic, and I was so glad to find this high waisted pants at H&M. The paisley print is a traditional pattern that evokes a native American style. Another seventies’ wardrobe must-have is the turtle neck. The slim-fittig turtle neck goes together with the pants, making the body more elongated.

Accessories play a major role in the outfit. You can complete a 70’s inspired look with wide-brim hats, handbags or necklaces featuring fringes, and chunky heels.

Next week stay tuned for a food festival announcement and a special car collaboration. XO.
