Last year a good friend of mine planned a brunch for the blogging community. As special as it looks in the pictures, we were not expecting such a beautiful tablescaping by the Tinseldot sisters. Tinseldot is a family owned business that offers event planning and interior designing in Miami. Once I arrived to the Chocolate Fashion at Alhambra, I didn’t expect to see such a beautiful local brunch spot. Chocolate Fashion is known by its fabulous dessert menu, french toasts, and delightful Lavazza capuccino. This is the most beautiful location of all the Chocolate Fashion’s. The service and menu are excellent, offering that little intro to Parisian lifestyle. Their walls are covered with beautiful gold frames in black and white photographs. This place is a total daydream, and the table setup made it even dreamier. There is nothing that a brunch and good group of women entrepreneurs can’t cure. As a blogger, I always find an excuse to have a good brunch. The pictures below are a little recap of our brunch morning and the magic put by Tinseldot.
So, how do you plan a women’s brunch with your best friend, coworkers and family? Just add a little sparkle and creativity. For our second brunch, Estephanie and I managed to remake what Tinseldot did in the first one. We ended up adding more Parisian flair with a jungle taste at the famous local spot Morgan’s Restaurant in Midtown. This is also a great spot for groups and families. Their upper rooms are filled with modern wallpapers and contemporary furnitures. I was impressed by their pink chairs and green leafs wallpaper when I entered the room. I already knew it was going to be a perfect brunch.
The purpose of this brunch is to empower each other and celebrate our victories. Make 2016 the year of collaborations and partnerships. Make friends, build relationships and encounter success with people who support your dreams. As the blogging community keeps growing in Miami, let’s build each other up and forget about competition. I encourage you to go out there and build your own girl’s brunch with flowers, gifts and a lot of sparkle. I hope to keep this tradition with my blogger babes and discover more hidden brunch spots in Miami.
