Happy Fitness Friday! I hope everyone is keeping their fitness resolutions in shape. Is the end of January but that doesn’t mean we will lack on our goals once it’s February. The easiest way to fall back into old patterns and habits is a boring routine. To keep the energy strong join a different gym or practice a new workout routine but overall make it interesting. Downtown’s new fitness studio introduces Lagree Fitness method. Lagree fitness is a combination of high intensity workout with full body conditioning. At Nu Shape Studio, trainers help you work out upper body, lower body and everything in between body while sweating sweet. The first day I arrived to the studio I was happy I did not have to wear tennis shoes. I am all about bare foot. I was already up for the challenge when I began to feel the muscle really working.
I never thought this type of routine was going to be so hard. Then, I realized how bad in shape I was. Next day I was so sore and relief I did not have to go back. My muscles were sore for the next three days. This is the best workout to build up muscle and core. As a former runner, I am used to run long distances but lifting weights doesn’t come as easy to me.
The trainer takes you in a slow pace in order to build resistance for newbies. Even though my pants say I Am Strong, I felt mostly weak that morning. The workout takes about 50 minutes and is defined by cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition and flexibility. It is recommended to do Lagree Fitness 2-3 times per week. As described by their students, Lagree is better than yoga and has long term results. At Nu Shape you not only work your muscles but also your balance. This full body conditioning approach will have you beach body ready by Spring.
Nu Shape has two locations: Downtown and Key Biscayne. Are you ready to take your fitness goals to the next level? Take advantage of their New Year special and receive a 20% off with the code BLOG20. Hurry up because the special ends February 8th.
