Sunny days are coming our way to Miami. This Sunday is officially Spring and a new season is beginning. The best way to welcome the Spring is with light colors and stripes. I’ve been digging the black-and-white look lately and I am loving the minimalist concept. Stripes are trending for Spring/Summer, and is a classy look you can always pull off. In my opinion, long rompers are versatile and can be worn in many different ways. You can easily throw a blazer for the night to make it look more elegant. Another tip is to wear a side ponytail or a high top bun with long earrings. This style is efortless and timeless. Think of the endless opportunities to wear this romper: a white party, a sunset soiree, a bridal shower, a communion, a dinner date, etc.
I also want to share that next week is “Act Happy Week” and I have researched some simple ways to be more happy. The same way we train our bodies, is the same way we need to train our brains to be happy. From March 21-25 involve in happy actions to improve your wellness. Create a happiness schedule in a calendar. Write for each day one thing that you enjoy doing and make you happy. Whatever you have scheduled, make sure is something you enjoy doing. Ask your peers and family to join you through this journey. Also, I have discovered a book a fellow blogger shared in her website (Runaway Habit). Zeinab recommended this book by Anna Quindlen “A short Guide to a Happy Life”. I can’t wait to purchase it and read it. You can start practicing happiness today and by Monday you will feel more motivated.
